Most capable local firms never see this work because the bid process is complex and tedious, because of solicitations, compliance clauses, wage determinations, and registration requirements.
We handle that side. You can focus on the work.

Relevant licenses, permits, and certifications (current and verifiable).
Capacity to perform over a multi-year contract term.

How we work
We will not ask you to price a solicitation we are not positioned to win. We build the relationship first, then bid.
If we win, you are paid on terms agreed in advance and set out in writing.
